The boys had so much fun if we went buka puasa with friends. They would eat a bit (just to keep mummy from nagging in public) and then... they would run, jump, skip, hop, play hide-and-seek, yada...yada...yada... with their new-found friends!

We busied ourselves during the fasting month (translate that into "we-still-went-shopping"). Both Ian & Dmi would be super-bored & restless if we just stayed home. So week-ends during Ramadhan were filled with activities... be it buying their baju raya (or mummy's baju raya), or going for "buka puasa", or simply taking them for a spin...

Farewell Tisha!
|
|
Our favourite aunt (mak sepupu) Tisha (WAN NUR SHAZWANI) went off to RSMU, Moscow to do her Pre-Med course. Her flight was at 2 a.m. but we didn't want to miss seeing her off. Dmi slept before we head for KLIA, thus the pyjamas!
The kids were hungry & restless, so we had supper # 1 at McD KLIA. Supper # 2 was at a mamak restaurant in Hartamas - Onyang was sporting enough to lepak with us (at 3 a.m.!!) while "pekena teh tarik & roti canai" (but no photos taken)...

Ian & Dmitri's Birthday Do

Ian & Dmitri's birthdates are only a month apart. Ian's is 15 Sept (2000) & Dmi's, 15 Aug (2003). This year mummy came up with a brilliant idea: a 2-in-1 party! Perhaps it'll be an annual affair... teehee...  Supposedly the theme was Thomas the Train (hence the b'day banner, kids' tees & party hats) but somehow Ian insisted on "Batman cake". Oh, well... whatever made him happy!!! Throngs of peeps turned up (thank you all for coming & also, the awesome presents) and surely, both Ian & Dmi had a fab time!! Special thanks to Grandpa & Grandma for transporting (and sponsoring) the yummy main dish (nyonya laksa) from JB...

Our Room

We moved to our current place late Aug this year, & Ian was esp excited as he helped mummy a lot in decorating their room. End result: tadahhh... (Both Ian & Dmi love the room so much they don't mind sleeping sans mummy or daddy anymore!!)
